I read today from 21Talks.net that a spin-off from the University of Pittsburgh, Firefly Power Technologies, claimed to have a technology capable of supplying energy to mobile phones and other portable handsets by radio. It it were true, it would be the beginning of a new era, since the energy issue is one of the main concerns of all the portable devices designers.
