New Firefox and Thunderird VoIP extensions available

by Luca Filigheddu on February 21, 2007

Cernio just announced on his blog that new versions of Firefox and Thunderbird VoIP extensions (Win, OSX, Linux) by Abbeyphone Labs are available for download.

Those versions mainly solve a problem which comes out when working in conjunction with some blogs’ content management systems. This issue had been pointed out by Russel Shaw a few weeks ago. Check it out at http://www.mozillavoip.com/.

I've downloaded this Abbyphone extension for Thunderbird. I don't see any options for adding other SIP providers to it. Have you figured that much out?

    Cheers,

  • Jonathan, currently only the Firefox extension is open and you can use any VoIP provider on it, not the TB one.
