A few interesting news before leaving to San Josè.

GloPhone: the end
Another VoIP service in the deadpool. Bad, very bad. But it’s another confirmation that we all need new ideas, new business models and fresh new services.

New TechCrunch CEO
Heather Harde, former executive at FOX interactive is the new TechCrunch CEO. Congratulations!

Vodafone is moving to VoIP
Vodafone is experimenting VoIP services both for mobile and PC. At CeBit they introduced a new mobile VoIP client, Starfish (according to some rumors, it seems there is iSkoot behind it), while in Portugal they just released a PC VoIP client to be used with the same phone number of your mobile. Interesting move to watch carefully.
