My family and I all upgraded to SightSpeed 6.0 and what a disaster – we can’t talk to anybody. It’s a real mess – SightSpeed clearly has some problems with the way this upgrade went…..what a shame, because SightSpeed (5.0 anyway) was the best……
Thanks for your comment — yes, with a small number of our users, our conversion to a fully SIP-based system caused some not-unexpected initial issues. I just upgraded to 6.0, and it no longer works. My contacts are displayed with green buttons, but when I try to connect, the software claims they’re not online. Please fix this!
