		<description>Being located in Australia at the moment I cannot wait until click to call and VoIP becomes more prevalent. At first when I read about Click to Call I could not understand how Skype/Ebay were going to charge merchants for this service but as you have pointed out they are/will be more than willing.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I am planning to integrate click to call in online collaboration and mind mapping software I am currently working on. Working out a revenue model and deciding who to partner with and whether or not to offer exclusivity to one provider has been hard. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;One thing that I think businesses should be cautious of is using click to calls for customer service as it may inundate them with calls and may also be very costly.
