TalkPlus has announced a new service, TalkPlus Global. It is basically a VoIP service for making cheap calls worldwide with a web activated tool.

This is a clear sign that something is changing in TalkPlus. Their CEO Jeff Black resigned a few weeks ago now helding the position of chief strategy officer and chairman and now this new service that is much different from what they started offering a few months ago. When I first wrote about it, I asked some questions:

do I really need it ? Does it change my habits ? Is it difficult to use ? Does it cost too much ? Are people willing to use it and to pay for it ?

Now they are evolving and differentiating their business. A good move in order to extend their target market size. I’ll stay tuned.
