Bringo, no more phones trees

Bringo is a new service that lets you find what you want when calling a toll free number without getting tired navigating long IVR’s trees.

Bringo helps you to find a “human” quickly since they navigate the phone tree for you and call you back only as soon as they find a human to talk to.

From their website:

Stop Talking to Machines and Talk to a Real Human
Tired of dialing 1-800 numbers and not being able to get through to a human who can help you?

BRINGO cuts through all of that so you don’t have to. That’s right, BRINGO has conquered phone trees.

Here’s how it works:

1. Find the company you’d like to call by category (credit cards, mortgages, loans, health care)
2. Enter your phone # (we will never disclose your phone number to anyone, not even your mother!).
3. Wait a few seconds while we navigate the phone tree.
4. When we call you back, pick up your phone and you’re done. No more phone trees.

The idea is new for me, and I think can be helpful for some people. You can find a small directory of the most called toll free numbers in US so you can call them directly from there and avoid to navigate the IVR yourself. It would be great to offer that service to big directories to promote it to their users.
