Click-to-Call Increases Sales

Moshe Maeir made me notice the well-done article by Dean at VoIPUser on how to put click to call on your website.

Dean basically explains how to setup a click to call on your Asterisk installment and why you get a valuable benefit from doing that.

Here is some interesting data:

  • a 22%-25% reduction in Website abandonment from pages with click-to-call services
  • as much as a 100% increase in transaction conversions from click-to-call users compared with toll-free callers
  • 88% of click-to-call users say they are more likely to contact a company that offers a click-to-call service than one that does not

The above numbers are not new to me. As CEO of a company who is pushing a click-to-call solution to SMEs and Enterprises which make business through the web, I can definitely say that a click-to-call solution really helps you to increase the conversion rate from visitors to buyers. And, if you spend money to get visitors to your portal, click-to-call helps you to reduce the cost per visitor that you pay to Google AdWords or others similar systems.
