This is an old story, but now that Facebook is going mainstream and becoming more and more popular, they are facing legal problems again.

ConnectU is suing Facebook and its executives for copyright infringement, breach of actual or implied contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment, unfair business practices, intentional interference with prospective business advantage, breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing, fraud and breach of confidence. Facebook is also suing ConnectU for business torts and unfair business practices.

ConnectU has filed a lawsuit against Facebook because some source code “stolen” by Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s founder, from Tyler Winklevoss e Divya Narendra, founders of ConnectU, when the former worked as programmer for ConnectU.

The first hearing will be on July 25th. The risk for Zuckeberg is that Facebook can be closed down and the whole project could move to Nerendra and Winklevoss’s hands.

I don’t believe this will really happen, anyway July 25th won’t surely be a relaxing day for Zuckerberg

FACEBOOK IS WAY BETTER THAN CONNECTU AND FACEBOOK DID NOT COPY CONNECTU.CONNECTU IS MESSED UP

I disagree, i hope facebook closes down,its only trouble and its dumb anyway, u can get sex offenders and trouble from this, please close it down

I think facebook needs to close down cause its not that great, boring actually, sure there are poeple u see from ago but big deal, only trouble i tell u, only trouble,

I donnot agree that facebook should close down although the last few responses think it would be a good idea, I strongly disagree.
There are sex offenders on anyone website like that (connetu,myspace,etc) If you think that it's an issue or it bothers you, maybe you should have not sign up for this website. Alot of people enjoy facebook, its a good way to keep in touch share your photos and to find long lost friends, Although it may have its problems it's a great website and should most deffinatly not be shut down, millions of people would be upset and angry with this unwise desition.
Not a good idea.

thes ppl are wrong u benny u kim are just stupid and are mentals why do u hate facebook so much?? u are just stupid facebook is fun for everyone ppl u lsot contact with now u can talk to them aging u even make new friends u 2 are just loeser that have no friends why dont u 2 make your own site benny and kim the loser sosity mabye u can finaly make friends
