GrandCentral: little issue

Ken noticed a little issue that prevents GrandCentral and Talkplus to work together.

I had noticed this issue already in another similar situation. There is one service I was going to try (to be honest I don’t remember which one) that needed a US number to work. My only US number is that I got from GrandCentral and that is provisioned on my office’s IP Phone.

This service needed to insert this number into an online form and I had to confirm that it was my number by taking a test call, pressing 1, then hanging up.

As Ken pointed out, this is impossible with GrandCentral because GrandCentral takes the call for you.

Solution: a new option in the GC dashboard by which I can choose to turn the IVR off, so the I receive the call immediately. This way I can turn it off for a while, then turn it on again as soon as I performed what described above.
