Funny website, but not the “first online operating system”. There was already http://www.mygoya.de/ https://www.youos.com/ http://eyeos.org/ and others.

Markus, you’re right. I’ve been a Goowy user for a while in the past as well. Unfortunately only some basic features were available, no ability to manage documents and so on.
