While chatting with Andy Abramson on his latest post on video conferencing for business, I pointed out that I faced a big problem some years ago when I dealt with companies like banks or big enterprises.
In a nutshell, when it came to video conferencing, they never trusted in video conferencing systems, unless they had to pay many thousand euros/dollars to get them. If they had to pay less and no hardware was involved, they always thought there was something wrong, something missed.
That’s a big challenge, we need to change this mental status if we want to succeed in pushing innovative services, like high quality PC-based video conferencing as SightSpeed (just to mention one) is, into a business environment.
