Sitòfono Goes Social

One of the main purposes of Sitòfono, my company’s click-to-call service for businesses, is to help online merchants and any company which makes business online to catch their visitors and to guide them in order to convert them into buyers.

As I repeated many times, it’s an online marketing tool that helps owners of e-commerce websites (or, in general, any website that sells something) to “engage” their visitors while they are on the website, helping the business to maximize the investment they made to bring those visitors to their website (for example, through Google AdWords).

That said, today I’m happy to announce that some new “social” features have been added (beta). Now visitors of any website that have Sitofono can share that Sitòfono with the world, friends and social networks. In addition, they can save that Sitòfono on their desktop or bookmark it in order to use it again in the future.

Think about this: you find Sitòfono on your online travel agency and you found it very useful. Why don’t you spread the word about that? It would bring a real benefit to both your friends and the merchant that hosts the Sitofòno you are using.

Besides, this brings a big benefit in terms of customer loyalty and retention, since they will get used to use it more and more during their online transactions, keeping in mind that in that shop there is always someone ready to give them advice and help. Not a static and mute e-commerce shop, but a live one.

It’s important to highlight that Sitofono customers can decide do show or not show those features. It’s up to them, we want to leave them free to make a choice.
