Wordpress’ founder Matt Mullenweg just received $29.5m in series B funding. Wow, a lot of money!
According to Matt, blogging is not the only focus of their company, Automattic. Wikis, Forums and so on are in their radar as well.
That’s definitely a good news for the huge community of bloggers out there that use Wordpress (like me!). In addition, Wordpress is used more and more as a social network platform and to create new Web 2.0 services. An example? Take a look at Guy Kawasaki’s Truemors…
