After reading this post by Tom Keating I immediately thought of a recent conversation with a friend of mine that was compelling about his experience with Skype customer service.
He told me he bought 10 euros of traffic but for some reason he indicated a wrong address. He lives in UK but is italian, so I think there was some problem because this fact.
The result? Skype charged 10 euros from his credit card but no credit on his Skype account. No way to solve it, it’s 7 days old already and the only way to solve this was to call VISA asking to block that payment.
Skype, is there anyone out there? I think that the number of problems like this is growing fast…
