UserSuggest, Get Feedbacks by Your Users

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

During SF Beta in San Francisco last week, where I showcased Hictu!, I came across an interesting service, UserSuggest, that I think is really worth a try (still private beta).

UserSuggest lets you have a web page where your users can suggest features, improvements and and other enhancements that they would like to have in your service/product. A “digg-like” user interface lets others vote for a specific feature helping you in the process of evaluating the priority of any new feature in your roadmap.

I like it, it’s very well done and very useful, and I think we’ll see more and more interest in services like that by big enterprises as well as anyone that wants to improve the design process for their products/services by engaging their customers/users more and more.

We have just opened a UserSuggest page for our video micro blogging service Hictu. You can find it here: http://hictu.usersuggest.com/. Feel free to use it and suggest new features that you would like to see in future versions of Hictu.
