Maxwell Arnold on stage

Jon Arnold’s son, Max, took the stage to talk about the impact of senior citizens on telecom.

His presentation is really well done and the philosophy behind it is basically this: senior population don’t want to change their habits… hence VoIP has to be easy and don’t change the telephony user experience we were always been used to. Well said.

Great Maxwell, I wish I were like you when I was 15!
