Eoghan McCabe, irish web designer, wrote an interesting post today on why you shouldn’t sign an NDA again. I came across his Tweet about it. It’s worth a read. I like this:
My solicitor confirmed that upon signing this NDA, I would be unable to send an e-mail, even to the disclosing party, about the project!
I never paid too much attention to NDAs, I just see them as a formal way to start a serious discussion with another party, as a potential supplier, client or business partner. Almost useless to me.
