When I receive a message that someone is following me, I click on the link and quickly scan their last several tweets. As long as they&#039;re having some sort of conversation, I return the follow.

There are several apps available to help me follow different conversations happening because my twitter stream is so &quot;full.&quot;

Soon there will be a flood of bots auto-Tweeting for businesses (moreso than is happening now), the topic you up now is very relevant. 

I hope more will share their thoughts and practices.
