Twitterfone Launches

Posted on 07 May 2008

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Pat Phelan just launched his new service, Twitterfone. He told me about that service when we met in San Jose last March and I’m happy to see it is finally up and running now.

Just dial a local number through your mobile phone, speak your tweet and that’s all.

Unfortunately no Italian number is available yet, I will wait for that. I look forward to trying updating Twitter through the bluetooth voice system in my car. Safe, fast and easy. Great job.

I’m happy to see that besides Pat, there is also another friend behind this service: Sean O’Sullivan from Dial2Do, another company from Ireland. Good to see European companies teaming up to release new innovative services, in the Silicon Valley way.
