Tomorrow is the iPhone 3G day. Today the new iTunes 7.7 is available and the App Store is just ready, with over 500 applications, 25% of which are free. Facebook, MySpace, Twitterrific, Flickr etc… everything is there. At the same time, iPhone firmware 2.0 is ready (kind of).

I wonder what Nokia is doing. Did they realize that installing apps for your smartphone (iPhone) is now easy for everyone and not for geeks only? Did they realize that all iPod users are likely going to become iPhone users? Did they realize that something HUGE is happening out there?!?
I look forward to seeing the market shares of these companies in one year time… I bet we will find many surprises.
